Our mission is to provide students the opportunity to build a musical foundation to help them explore and enhance their musical talent and creativity in music.

Business Hours
Lessons are currently offered on Mondays from 5:15 p.m.-8:00p.m., Tuesdays 5:15p.m.-8:00p.m. and Thursdays 5:15-8:00 p.m.

Referrals
We are offering one free lesson when you refer someone who registers and begins a lesson with Zackkeys Productions.
​
​Payment Policy:
Monthly payments are due at the beginning of each month prior to 1st monthly lesson. Payment guarantees a spot for student each month. If payment is not received, regardless if student is not in attendance during the first week lesson, may result in loosing spot or a late fee. Please be aware that there may be some months you will have 5 lessons. A late fee of $10.00 will be applied after the first week. Acceptable forms of payment: CashApp ($Zackkeyspro),
Zelle (zackkeysproductions@yahoo.com),cash, or personal check (please make payable to Zackkeys Productions). There will be a $35 fee for any returned checks.

Registration: Registration fees will be due on an annual basis of $25 ($15 for additional family members). Annual enrollment fee is required for new and returning students and renews on your anniversary date.
Instruments: Piano students are expected to have either a keyboard or piano at home for practice and drum students are expected to have a drum set for practice as well.

Tuition Cost:
We offer both in person and virtual one on one private lessons.
Tuition cost for both drum and piano lessons:
30 mins. $25.00/per lesson ($100 monthly for 4 weeks) ($125 for 5 weeks)
60 mins. $50.00/per lesson ($200 monthly for 4 weeks) ($250 for 5 weeks)

​Attendance:
An automatic reminder service will be used to text or email reminders of appointment time.
At least one parent is allowed to attend lesson with younger students as long as it does not distract the student or instructor. Space if very limited inside studio, so please do not bring additional family members or friends inside studio. If so, they will be asked to wait inside their vehicle.

Please notify Zackkeys Productions within 24 hours if student is unable to attend so that we can plan accordingly. For any missed lesson, there will be no credit or refund given. There will be only one make-up lesson provided during the month of missed lesson. If two or more lesson are missed within a month, there will be no make-up. It is very important that students consistently attend in order to show growth and master their musical skills. Make-up lesson will be provided either virtually or in person and will need to contact Zackkeys Productions to schedule a time. Any lesson missed due to Zackkeys Productions will be rescheduled at an agreed time for student.

Tardies:
Please be on time. Lesson time will not be extended for students arriving late. Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to scheduled lesson time. For example, if a student arrives 5 minutes late for a 30-minute lesson, he/she will only receive a 25-minute lesson.

Cancellation of Services:
Zackkeys Productions requires at least a 30-day written notice to cancel lessons via email.

COVID-19 Procedures:

Due to COVID-19
If the student has a fever, cold, coughing, sneezing, runny nose, please reschedule lesson. If someone in the student’s home is ill, the lesson will need to be rescheduled or will be given the option of a virtual lesson. All areas in the music room will be sanitized after each lesson. If your child plays the drums, we ask that they bring their own drum sticks.

No classes: July 10th-14th 2023
Labor Day: September 4th, 2023
Thanksgiving Break: November 20, 2023 – November 24, 2023
Christmas Break: December 18, 2023 - January 8th, 2024.
*Make-up sessions can be scheduled before or after holiday.
